Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. This page lists the periods for each kind of data. For callers’ data, the business that uses Diallo decides how long to keep it within these limits, and can delete it earlier.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Calls
| Data | How long | Then |
|---|---|---|
| Audio recording of a call | 90 days after the call | Deleted automatically |
| Transcript, summary, captured details | While the business’s workspace exists, unless the business deletes the call earlier | Deleted with the workspace (section 3) |
| Requests and appointments created from calls | While the workspace exists, unless the business deletes them | Deleted with the workspace |
| Demo calls on our website | Only as long as needed to run the demo | Deleted automatically |
A business can delete any call, with its recording and transcript, from the dashboard at any time.
2. Accounts, website and payments
| Data | How long | Then |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard user account | While the account exists | Deleted within 30 days after it is closed |
| Sign-in session | Until sign-out, at most 30 days | Expires |
| Password-reset link | Until it is used or expires | Deleted |
| Requests sent through the website form | Up to 12 months, unless they lead to a contract | Deleted |
| Invoices, payments and accounting records | The period required by the tax law of Georgia | Deleted |
| Server logs | Up to 90 days | Deleted |
| Backup copies of the database, made before updates | Up to 30 days | Deleted |
| Website statistics in Google Analytics (with consent only) | 14 months | Deleted automatically by Google |
3. When a workspace is closed
When a business closes its workspace, it can ask us within 30 days for an export of its data. After that we delete the workspace’s data — agents, calls, transcripts, requests, appointments and users — except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
4. Data outside Diallo
Data that a business sends to its own tools — appointments in Google Calendar, requests in its CRM, notifications in Telegram — is kept there under that business’s and that tool’s rules. Deleting a call in Diallo does not delete these copies.
5. Deleting data earlier
You may ask us to delete your data before the end of these periods; see Data requests and complaints. If you called a business that uses Diallo, contact that business first: it decides about its callers’ data.
