Cookie policy
Cookies and similar records are small pieces of data a website keeps in your browser. Diallo uses only a few: the ones the site needs to work, and Google Analytics, which runs only if you allow it. We do not use advertising cookies.

1. Necessary
Needed for the site and the dashboard to work; they do not require consent.
| Name | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| sid | Cookie (httpOnly) | Keeps you signed in to the dashboard | Until sign-out, at most 30 days |
| cookie-consent | Browser storage | Remembers your choice about analytics and its date | Until you clear it |
| lang | Browser storage | Remembers the language you chose | Until you clear it |
2. Preferences
Remember how you like the dashboard and these pages to look. They stay in your browser and are never sent to us.
| Name | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| theme | Browser storage | Light or dark theme | Until you clear it |
| flow-view and the flow editor’s panel settings | Browser storage | How the agent’s flow editor is shown | Until you clear it |
3. Analytics — only with your consent
If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, the public website loads Google Analytics 4 so that we can see how it is used. Until then nothing from Google is loaded; it never runs in the dashboard or on the sign-in pages.
| Name | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Cookie (Google) | A random identifier to count repeat visits | Up to 2 years |
| _ga_<ID> | Cookie (Google) | Keeps the state of the current visit | Up to 2 years |
Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and we never send Google your name, phone number or what you type in forms. More in section 10 of the Privacy policy.
4. Other services you may use
- Sign-in with Google opens Google’s window; Google’s own cookies there are governed by Google’s policy. We end that Google session right after you sign in.
- A demo or test call connects your browser to an audio room for the length of the call; your microphone is used only after you allow it.
5. Changing your choice
Click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and choose “Accept” or “Decline”. If you decline, Google Analytics stops and its cookies are deleted from your browser. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser’s settings; you will then be signed out and asked about analytics again.
